Our in-house catering is provided by Holroyd Howe, www.holroydhowe.com, leading food specialists in the South West.
All ingredients are locally sourced where possible and freshly prepared on site by our highly skilled and experienced chefs, and served by our in-house team of friendly and professional staff.
Once you have booked your wedding with us, choose from our established seasonal menus, or else our Events Manager and Head Chef will be delighted to work with you to design and produce a bespoke menu. Wedding menu tastings are encouraged, so you can be 100% happy you have made the right choice of menu, and be assured of the quality that you and your guests will receive on the day itself.
To complement your wedding breakfast, we can offer a wide range of delicious wines, in partnership with local suppliers Sherston Wine Company, and local wine producers Woodchester Valley Vineyard and Poulton Hill Vineyard. We’d be happy to arrange wine tastings and vineyard visits as necessary, so even choosing your wine can be a very personal and immersive experience.
As well as award winning wines, we offer a variety of tempting and refreshing reception drinks to choose from, as well as a well stocked bar for your guests to enjoy throughout the day. Drinks packages can also be offered, to help make the wedding budgeting a little simpler.
Couples are allowed to provide their own reception, table wine and toast drinks if they’d prefer, and a ‘corkage-per-head’ cost will apply in this instance. The bar will always be supplied and run by us.
